Title: Neshama — Breath Rooted in God

Introduction:
There is something undeniably sacred about breath. It's the first thing we do when we enter this world and the last thing we release when we leave it. For me, breath is more than a biological function—it is holy. It is the evidence of life, given by God, and sustained by His Spirit.

Why I Chose the Name “Neshama”
"Neshama" (נְשָׁמָה) is a Hebrew word that means both "breath" and "soul." It reflects a deep truth found throughout Scripture: that God Himself breathed life into humanity (Genesis 2:7). This divine breath is not metaphorical to me—it is foundational. It is the very breath of God that gives us life, and it's what I center all of my work around.

I came across a beautiful article while doing research that explored this further (source). It reminded me why I chose this name, why I coach the way I do, and why breath is not just therapeutic—but deeply spiritual.

Breathwork Rooted in Christ
In a world where many spiritual practices intertwine with crystals, tarot, astrology, or various forms of energetic channeling, I want to be clear about where I stand: I don’t incorporate those elements in my sessions. Not because I judge them—but because I don’t believe we need them.

When you come to breathe with me, you are entering a space grounded in the belief that the breath God gave us is enough. It is holy, healing, and powerful on its own. I don’t lead people to pull energy from the universe, spirits, or deities. I won’t ask you to manifest your desires through energy work. Instead, I invite you to simply breathe—and be present—with the breath that already lives within you.

An Invitation to All
Though I am unapologetically Christian and my practice is rooted in that faith, this space is open to anyone. You don’t have to believe what I believe to come breathe with me. There is no pressure to adopt my faith, and no judgment if you don't.

What I can promise is that the experience will be honest, grounded, and safe. The breathwork I guide is about releasing, restoring, and reconnecting—with yourself, with your body, and for those who are open to it, with the God who created you.

Breathing Together
No matter your background, you're welcome here. We breathe in unity, not uniformity. My hope is that through these sessions, you find clarity, healing, and space to be fully yourself. The breath is a gift—freely given and deeply transformative.
